Our Return Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
- Condition Requirement: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund Method: Original payment method (processing time 3-5 business days after receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened packages of table tennis rubbers (all brands: Andro, Butterfly, Donic, Gewo, Hallmark, Joola, Nittaku, Stiga, Tibhar)
- Used glues and cleaners
- Custom assembled table tennis bats
- Any products with removed protective films or signs of use
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send items without an RMA number as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the items in their original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) or ship to:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (standard or free shipping if eligible)
You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund/exchange is processed.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (especially important for precision equipment like table tennis bats):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and may provide a prepaid return label

Before assembling custom bats, carefully inspect all components (blades and rubbers). Once assembled and used, we cannot accept returns due to the personalized nature of the equipment.
